The key to a gentle extraction that causes low post extraction discomfort is the technique. Drs. Craighead and Parra use a minimally invasive technique to remove teeth so there is improved healing and less discomfort. They also use PRF platelet rich fibrin growth factors—to stimulate healing and speed recovery. PRF also further decreases post-op inflammation and swelling.
Drs. Parra and Craighead do in-depth diagnostics, including 3D X-rays as needed. Dr. Craighead is a specialist in gum and bone tissues and he will be able to see if you need to get an extraction or the tooth can be saved.
